（中央社記者陳俊華台北3日電）行政院長林全今天表示，將制定最低工資法，但實質內容建議立法時再來討論；勞動部長郭芳煜則說，目前正在蒐集各國立法範例參考，並舉行專家學者諮詢會議，盼年底前推出草案。

郭芳煜也說，在最低工資法尚未制定完成前，會依照現有機制，先召開基本審議委員會，6月份會有工作小組會議，雙軌進行。

林全答詢時表示，將會來制定最低工資法，但實質內容建議立法時再來討論。郭芳煜表示，希望年底前提出最低工資法草案，作為討論基礎，最近會蒐集各國立法範例當作參考，並會有專家學者諮詢會議，希望在年底前推出草案。
